Accountability means owning up to your decisions and actions, whether they lead to success or mistakes. It’s about being honest with yourself and others, and learning from both your wins and failures. When you are accountable, you show that you can be trusted to follow through on commitments and improve over time. We will continue to hold accountability for ourselves and our learners.
Having the courage and resilience to face challenges and keep going.

Strength helps you overcome obstacles and keep moving forward, no matter how hard things get. We will remain a pillar of support for our learners, guiding them to recognise their own strength.
Patience reminds us there are no quick fixes, growth and development takes time so we must practise patience to appreciate the process. We will remain patient with all of our learners and teach them patience in return so that together we can achieve great things.
